Privacy Notice (KVKK)
This is an English translation provided for convenience. The Turkish version is legally binding.
1. Data controller
Under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”), your personal data is processed by Pars Savunma ve Eğitim Dronları Toptan Satış ve Perakende (“Pars Defence”) as data controller, as described below.

2. Personal data we process
We only process data you give us or that is necessarily created while you use the site:
- Identity: name and surname.
- Contact: email address, phone number, company.
- Customer transaction: request type (retail, wholesale, corporate), message content, quote and order correspondence; end-user information and documents for items that may be subject to export control.
- Transaction security: IP address, date and time of submission, access logs kept by the hosting server.
- Analytics (only if you accept): cookie identifiers, pages visited, device and browser information, approximate location (Google Analytics).
We never ask for national ID numbers, health data or other special categories of personal data through this site. Please do not include such information in the form or in messages.
3. Purposes and legal bases

4. How we collect data
Data is collected partly automatically and partly non-automatically through the quote form, email, phone and WhatsApp conversations, in-person meetings, cookies and server logs.
When you write to us on WhatsApp, your messages are also processed by WhatsApp/Meta under their own privacy terms. If you prefer that no third party processes your messages, use email or phone instead.
5. Transfers
Personal data is transferred only as far as necessary for the purposes above and in line with KVKK articles 8 and 9, to:
- our website, email and server hosting providers (as data processors),
- for orders, shipping/logistics companies and our accountant or bookkeeping provider,
- public authorities and courts authorised by law, upon request,
- with your explicit consent, Google LLC / Google Ireland Ltd. for analytics (abroad).
Analytics data is transferred abroad only after you accept cookies, under the procedures in KVKK article 9. If you do not accept, nothing is sent to Google.
6. Retention periods
- Requests and correspondence that do not lead to a contract: 2 years from the last message.
- Orders, invoices and commercial correspondence: 10 years under the Turkish Commercial Code No. 6102 and Tax Procedure Law No. 213.
- Form rate-limit record: a one-way hash of the IP address, at most 1 hour.
- Server access logs: as long as the hosting provider and Law No. 5651 require.
- Analytics data: the retention period set in Google Analytics (at most 14 months); see the Cookie Policy for cookies.
When the period ends, data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
7. Your rights under KVKK article 11
You may apply to the data controller to:
- learn whether your personal data is processed and request information about it,
- learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly,
- know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred,
- request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data,
- request deletion or destruction under the conditions of KVKK article 7,
- request that corrections, deletions and destructions are notified to the recipients,
- object to a result against you arising solely from automated analysis,
- claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
You can withdraw your consent to analytics cookies at any time through the Cookie preferences link at the bottom of every page.
8. How to apply
Under the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, send your request with your name, signature (for written requests), postal or email address for notifications, phone number and the subject of your request:
- in writing with a wet signature, by hand or by post, to Karasenir Mah., Mustafa Eşref Blv., 58th Commando Training Regiment, Burdur, Türkiye,
- by registered electronic mail (KEP), secure electronic signature or mobile signature,
- by email to info@parsdefence.com from an email address you have previously given us.
Requests are answered free of charge within 30 days at the latest. If the action involves an additional cost, the fee set by the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged. If your request is rejected, you find the answer insufficient or we do not answer in time, you may file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Board.
