2. Terms of use

By using this site you accept the following terms.

• Information only: Product groups, configurator values, calculators and the drone guide are general information. They are not a flight-ready design, an engineering approval or legal advice. Verify calculator results with your own measurements and tests.
• No binding offer: Nothing on this site is a binding offer to sell. Price, stock and lead time are fixed only by our written quote.
• Compliance: UAS registration, pilot licences, flight permissions (SHGM) and radio-frequency use (BTK) are the user's responsibility. Weapons, munitions and military-specific items are not sold through this site. Requests that may be subject to export control or Law No. 5201 are reviewed separately and supplied only in accordance with the law, with end-user documentation.
• Intellectual property: The site design, texts, logo and software belong to Pars Defence or its licensors and may not be copied without permission. Third-party photos are used under the licences listed in Photo credits. Brands and logos shown on product images belong to their owners.
• Misuse: Any use that harms the site, tries to bypass its security, sends automated bulk requests or spam is prohibited.
• External links: We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of linked third-party sites.
• Liability: We take care to keep the site available and accurate. Except where liability cannot be limited by law, we are not liable for indirect damage arising from use of the site content.

3. Consumer rights

This site has no online checkout; sales are made on a written quote. Sales to consumers by phone, email or WhatsApp fall under Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation:

• Before the contract, a pre-information form and a distance sales contract are sent to you on a durable medium (email or paper).
• You may withdraw within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. Exceptions include goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised (for example a drone assembled to order), unsealed single-use or hygiene items, and the other cases listed in the regulation.
• Your statutory rights for defective goods under Law No. 6502 (refund, price reduction, free repair or replacement) remain reserved.
• For complaints, first write to info@parsdefence.com. Within the monetary limits set yearly by the Ministry of Trade you may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee where you live or where the purchase was made, and above those limits to the Consumer Court.

Wholesale and corporate sales follow commercial terms and the conditions in the written quote.

4. Commercial electronic messages

We contact you only to answer your request and carry out your order. We do not send marketing or promotional electronic messages without your prior consent.

5. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. For consumer matters, the consumer arbitration committees and courts competent by law have jurisdiction; for other disputes, the courts and enforcement offices of Burdur. We may update these terms from time to time; the current version is always published on this page.
